- Hospital Accounts: For healthcare facilities posting job opportunities and managing applications
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Ensuring your password meets security requirements
3.3 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. Providing false information may result in account termination.
4. Professional Credentials
4.1 Nurse Responsibilities
If you are a nurse using our platform, you represent and warrant that:
- All professional licenses and certifications you claim are valid and current
- You will maintain your professional credentials throughout your use of the platform
- You will immediately notify us if any license is suspended, revoked, or expires
- All work experience and education information is accurate and verifiable
- You have the legal right to work in the regions where you apply for positions
4.2 Verification
We reserve the right to verify all professional credentials. False or misleading information will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant licensing authorities.
5. Platform Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use NursePlatform solely for:
- Seeking or offering legitimate nursing employment opportunities
- Professional networking within the healthcare industry
- Communication related to employment opportunities
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Scrape, data mine, or collect user information without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
- Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Circumvent any security features
- Share your account credentials with others
- Post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content
6. Job Postings and Applications
6.1 Hospital Responsibilities
Hospitals posting job opportunities agree to:
- Post only legitimate, available positions
- Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
- Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Not discriminate based on protected characteristics
- Respond to applications in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain appropriate data privacy standards
6.2 Application Process
NursePlatform facilitates connections between nurses and hospitals but is not party to any employment relationship. We do not:
- Guarantee job placements or interviews
- Make hiring decisions on behalf of hospitals
- Verify the accuracy of job postings
- Mediate employment disputes
7. Payment and Fees
7.1 Subscription Plans
Certain features of NursePlatform may require paid subscriptions. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees according to the pricing plan selected
- Provide accurate and complete billing information
- Authorize automatic recurring charges (if applicable)
- Be responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription
